Refund policy

SukkahScenes stands behind the quality of our products and will gladly provide a refund or replacement for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or other reasons unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screens, printing, and materials and are not considered defects.

Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered, SukkahScenes cannot take responsibility for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact SukkahScenes and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photographs showing the issue

We will review your request promptly and work with you to resolve the matter.

SukkahScenes reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled under this policy.
